I wanted to let you know the putter was a great hit at the retirement party we had for a retiring police officer.  I have to admit I was a bit skeptical ordering it over the Internet.  When I saw it, I was quite impressed. I personally want to thank you for shipping it when you did.  Your confirmation indicated it would be shipped by 09/16 the latest.  After calling and explaining the party was scheduled for the 09/13, the "putter maker" assured me that every effort would be made so it would arrive on or before the 13th and it did.
